Some owners choose to invest early draft capital into RBs, WRs, & TEs since the fantasy point variance from #1-12 is typically quite large by the end of the season. However, the point gap between the QBs are usually not as big. Consequentially, the quarterback streaming method has become very popular in recent years. It's the the first week of playoffs and here are some QB streaming options to help you advance to week 15:

1) Josh McCown @ Den (42% owned on Yahoo)
Thirty- eight year old journey man, Josh McCown, is currently sitting as the #7 QB in yahoo standard leagues. He's been on fire the past two weeks and just turned in a 331 Pass Yds, Pass TD, & 2 Rush TD performance against the Kansas City Chiefs. This weeks match-up in Denver will be a little more difficult but I'm not too worried. Since week 6 Denver has allowed a total of 18 touchdowns to quarterbacks. Most
recently they have allowed 3 TDs to Andy Dalton, 2 TDs to Derek Carr, and 2 TDs to Jay Cutler. These are not elite quarterbacks and I expect at least 2 passing touchdowns from McCown this week. The last time the Broncos let up less than 2 passing touchdowns in a game was week 8 against Kansas City. The Broncos defense still has great players but with the offense being so bad it keeps the defense on the field for longer than it can handle and opposing offenses are capitalizing. Denver's defense is still limiting opposing quarterbacks in the yardage department which is a slight cause for concern. This stat does limit McCown's ceiling this week but he's still a great streaming option with a high floor. If you made it too the playoffs and are streaming quarterbacks I'd assume you have a solid supporting cast and McCown will not lose you this crucial playoff match-up.
2) Jameis Winston vs Det (49% owned on Yahoo)
Jameis Winston returned to game action last week in Green Bay. He didn't look amazing but turned in a 270 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TD, & 1 Fumble lost performance good for 18.6 fantasy points in standard leagues. This week Winston has an even friendlier match-up as the Detriot defense has been getting destroyed by quarterbacks over the past few weeks. Lat week Flacco had his best game of the season and 4 weeks ago gave DeShone Kizer his 2nd best outing of the season. The Detriot defense has fallen apart down the stretch and Jameis and the Bucs should be able to take advantage. The Lions are currently giving up the 10th most points to tight ends this season which means Winston should have no problems hooking up with his favorite target Cameron Brate. Winston has a high ceiling but as Tampa Bay has shown us this year a great match-up is a lock for a great performance. Winston has a low floor but if you need to shoot for the moon he has the most upside of the waiver wire Quarterbacks.
3) Jimmy Garoppolo @ HOU (16% owned on Yahoo)
Jimmy Garappolo didn't do much last week in a tough match-up with Chicago(24th most points to QBs). Even though he didn't throw any touchdowns he did manage a respectable 293 yards through the air and got the Niners their 2nd win of the season. Additionally, slot receiver, Trent Taylor, posted a season high in both yards and receptions. Marquise Goodwin also posted a season high in receptions which also speaks well of Garoppolo's performance. This week the 49ers gets an extremely favorable match-up with the Houston Texans who are giving up the 2nd most points to QBs this season. The only quarterback who didn't have a solid fantasy performance against Houston is Joe Flacco; but he's failed to reach the 20 fantasy point mark in every game this season. Jimmy G has yet to play poorly in the NFL and we can expect a solid game from him this week. It may not translate to huge fantasy numbers but he's sure to have a high floor this week.
4) DeShone Kizer vs GB (4% owned on Yahoo)
There is a chance all the guys mentioned above are already owned in your in league and if that's the case I'd like to suggest Deshone Kizer. Kizer has actually scored 20+ fantasy points in 2 of his last 4 games due to his rushing ability. He is in no way a good quarterback but I do think he is startable this week. My support this week mainly has to do with the return of Josh Gordon. Gordon caught 4 of 11 targets for 85 yards in his return last week against the league's best cover corner, Casey Hayward, according to Pro Football Focus. The only other receiver to post 80+ receiving yards on Hayward this year is Odell Beckham Jr. Additionally, Hayward has since publicly come out and said that Gordon was his toughest test this season. This week Kizer and Gordon have a much easier match-up against the Green Bay Packers. Packers are currently giving up the 14th most points to QBs. Everyone is expecting a big game from Gordon this week and that means it has to come from DeShone Kizer. It's not hard to see Kizer throw for a couple touchdowns this week with some rushing yards sprinkled in. I reccomend Kizer and a sneaky streamer this week.
