Some owners choose to invest early draft capital into RBs, WRs, & TEs since the fantasy point variance from #1-12 is typically quite large by the end of the season. However, the point gap between the QBs are usually not as big. Consequentially, the quarterback streaming method has become very popular in recent years. It's the heart of the playoffs and here are some QB streaming options to help you advance to the Fantasy Championship:

1) Blake Bortles vs HOU (36% owned on Yahoo)
Blake Bortles has been solid for both the Jaguars and fantasy owners the past 3 weeks. Over this span he's posted nothing less than 18 fantasy points and has only 1 turnover. Bortles has been making better decisions as of late which has benefited fantasy owners. Week 11 he received another weapon when Dede Westbrook returned from IR. Bortles has targeted Westbrook 6, 10, 9, & 8 times since his return. Now you add Westbrook to a receiving corp of Marqise Lee and Keelan Cole and suddenly Bortles has a respectable variety of options to throw to. The Jaguars face the Houston Texans this week who give up the 2nd most points to quarterbacks on the season. This will be Bortles easiest match-up of the season, on paper, as the Texans have lost a number of defensive starters since they last met in week 2. Jimmy Garappolo threw for 334 yards and a touchdown against the Texans a week ago. My only concern is the defense scores a couple of early touchdowns on turnovers and Bortles has no reason to throw. With that possibility in mind, I still believe Blake Bortles is safe streamer with high upside this week.
2) Jameis Winston vs ATL (55% owned on Yahoo)
Jameis Winston has been on my streamer list the past 2 weeks and he lands here again in week 15. At 55% ownership on yahoo he's still available in a fair amount of leagues. In his first game back against Green Bay he posted 18.6 fantasy points. He followed this up with a poor football performance against Detroit turning the ball over 3 times. Aside from the turnovers he did throw for 285 yards and 2 touchdowns totaling 16.4 fantasy points. You hope for more but these totals are not killing your fantasy team. I think Tampa Bay will struggle against Atlanta but that won't stop Winston from padding the stats at the end of the game. Historically, Winston plays very well against Atlanta and posted 2 of his top 3 fantasy performances against them last season. I don't love mistake prone Jameis Winston but if you lost Wentz I think he can be a safe start in week 15.
3) Jimmy Garoppolo @ TEN (21% owned on Yahoo)
Jimmy Garappolo played well in his 2nd start under Kyle Shannahan. He posted a respectable 334 passing yards along with 1 touchdown and 1 pick. After another week in the new offense, Garappolo will get to face another middle of the pack defense at home against Tennessee. The Titans are currently allowing the 17th most points to QBs. Jimmy G continued to show great chemistry with Marquise Goodwin who put up 6 receptions for 106 yards on 12 targets. Tennessee has a better run defense than pass defense meaning they'll have to push the ball through the air if they want to compete in this game. Jimmy G has yet to play poorly in the NFL and I don't see him putting up a stinker this week versus the Titans. Tennessee's defense has been a little better as of late so this may not translate to huge fantasy numbers for Garoppolo but he's sure to have a high floor this week.
